Romantic Vermont Country Inn Dining |
|
Welcome Reggie Serafin, our new Executive Chef The Lilac Inn is pleased to announce that Reggie Serafin has been hired as Executive Chef. We wanted to find a chef that shares our appreciation of local Vermont products and our passion for great food and who could create enticing seasonal menus that appeal to Vermonters and guests of the Inn. Reggie was the Executive Chef at the Red Clover Inn of Mendon, VT for two years and most recently an Executive chef in Killington, VT. He is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and the 2007 winner of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee cook off, as well as, local awards.
We invite you to enjoy one of Tyson's
special martinis, an enticing bottle of wine or a fresh Vermont micro-brewed
beer as the perfect accompaniment to our seasonal menus. We use the freshest
ingredients from Vermont farmers throughout the year to create an authentic
Country Inn dining experience. Our menus are designed by the Innkeeper owners
Shelly, Doug and Tyson, with our Executive Chef Reggie Serafin, to reflect
an eclectic, and tantalizing selection of menu items to please both a
sophisticated world traveler and those guests seeking traditional Vermont
fare. Please Join us in Welcoming Reggie Serafin as our Executive Chef with a Special Spring Menu During the Month of April
