Many of our guests ask us to help plan an itinerary of activities for them. The Inn is centrally located to a wide variety of year around recreation including fishing, canoeing, road biking, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing and horseback riding on Lake Champlain, Lake Dunmore, Moosamaloo Wilderness, Pico Killington and Sugarbush. We are glad to help with bicycle rentals and box lunches for $6.50 per person.

 Keewaydin Camp is one of the oldest and most venerable camps in the country, with roots tracing back to its founding as a canoe tripping camp in Maine. Established on beautiful Lake Dunmore in the Green Mountains of Vermont in 1910, Keewaydin has been at the forefront of American camping ever since. Campers return year after year for the magical Keewaydin experience. Indeed, it is not uncommon to find a Keewaydin camper whose grandfather was a former camper!

 Neshobe Golf Club - Neshobe Golf Club is quickly becoming one of the most popular courses in Vermont. Our much heralded layout, designed by Steve Durkee, fits naturally into a landscape of woods, farmland and rolling hills. Since 12 new holes were completed in 1996, golfers have been raving about the immaculate playing conditions, the large undulating greens, elevated tee shots, and our friendly atmosphere. The beautiful Vermont views make it difficult to concentrate on your game, but you'd better, because it truly offers golfers of all skill levels an exciting challenge.  Robert Frost Trail National Recreation Trail that commemorates Robert Frost’s poetry; several of his poems are mounted along the trail in the woods and fields. Blueberries and huckleberries grow in an old field at the far end of the trail.
