Our Guest Rooms

Choose from one of our nine individually decorated rooms. Each with its own personality. We offer rooms with king beds, queen beds, twin beds, and rooms with extra beds. All rooms have a private bathroom, individual heat and cooling, ceiling fans, cable TV and three feature wood burning fireplaces. Your comfort and happiness is our top priority. Begin each morning with a cooked to order three course Vermont Country breakfast at your own table.

All our nine rooms are dog friendly, a $45 fee applies per stay. Each room is stocked with Bee Kind toiletries, Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board & Steamer. Our entire facility (inside, outside, and guest rooms) are non-smoking. All rooms are on the second floor which can be reached up the main stairs or up the back stairs.

  • The Grand Suite is the largest guest room at the Lilac Inn. It has hosted bridal parties, romantic getaways, and family sleep overs. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire or take a luxurious spa shower in the recently renovated bathroom.

  • Robert Frost was declared the Poet Laureate of Vermont in 1922. The Robert Frost trail is just a short drive away and dotted with his timeless poetry. This room is a tribute to the great poet who loved New England. Along with twin beds, the room also features an original 1909 soaking tub and adjoins the Spring Room.
