  • DOGS

    We are dog lovers here at The Lilac Inn! As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by our well loved Inn dog Lady Bird. We encourage you to bring your dogs with you. Dogs are allowed in all nine of our guest rooms. There is a $45.00 fee per stay cost with an additional $10 per extra dog. Use common courtesy and clean up after your dog.

  • ROOM CANCELLATION

    We get it that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, no problem. We happily will work with you to either cancel or alter your reservation free of charge. Ghosting will cost you though. If you decide to not show up at all we will charge you the full length of stay.

  • SMOKING

    Do us all a favor and don’t smoke anything of any kind anywhere inside the inn. We are a non-smoking property. If you need to smoke a cigarette, do it outside, away from the building, and pick up your butts. Should we find evidence of smoking or any damage from smoking in your room, you may be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee and potentially more if we have to remove the room from service for an extended period of time

  • WEDDING CANCELLATION

    Half the facility fee is due up front to reserve a date. The second half is due 30 days later. Couples have 60 days AFTER the second half of the facility fee is paid, to cancel, and be entitled to a full refund.

    After 60 days, no refunds of the facility fee will be given.

    Weddings canceled within 30 days of date will be billed for any items purchased for the event, or any monies given towards event.
